Terms & Conditions

1. Who You’re Dealing With

This site (klavier.studio or wherever you’re visiting from) is run by Kelly Engels — founder, designer, and brains behind KLAVIER. Based in Antwerp, working worldwide.

2. Using This Website

You're welcome to browse, snoop, and send kind messages. Just don’t try to hack, scrape, or republish anything here without permission — that includes the design, branding, text, illustrations, and everything else I’ve poured time into.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this site is mine — hand-drawn, hand-coded, or hand-picked. That includes but is not limited to text, images, branding, and code. Please don’t use it without asking. It makes things awkward.

4. Client Projects

Every project I take on comes with its own agreement — timelines, deliverables, payment terms, etc. Those details live in a contract we’ll both sign before I start designing anything. What’s written there overrides anything written here (including the jokes).

5. Payments & Refunds

All work is quoted and invoiced clearly, and payment is due according to the project agreement. Refunds are not typically offered — this isn’t a subscription box or pizza delivery. But if there’s ever an issue, I’ll always aim to sort it out like a decent human.

6. External Links

This website might contain links to other people doing cool things. I’m not responsible for what happens on those sites — click wisely.

7. Liability (aka The Serious Bit)

I do my best to keep the website up-to-date, useful, and typo-free. But I can’t guarantee perfection or that your screen won’t glitch. I’m not liable for any damages, losses, or accidental font crimes that result from using this site.

8. Updates to These Terms

I might update these terms occasionally, especially if something changes in the business or I discover a better way to say something. Keep an eye on the “last updated” date to know what’s fresh.

9. Contact

If you’ve read this far and still have questions (or want to work together), email me at hello@klavier.studio. I promise a real human will answer — no robots, no call centers.
